Here we go.
The first feature concerns interface: zoom on sequences by scrolling together with CTRL pressed or with hot keys.

Consensus stats which appear when pointer is on consensus diagram should show gaps count like an additional letter. It is not convenient to keep in mind the number of all seqs in alignment and to calculate a residual to get gaps count in certain position.

What about undo option for simple operations like removing sequences or their rearrangement?

When I open a aln file (clustal) and realign it, can I save this file with a new name. I haven't found option save as for a document in project. Export in fasta does not count.

thanks for your intrest in our project and feature suggestions!

As I understand all your suggestions concern the multiple alignment editor. Here are some remarks:

Undo/Redo operations are available in MSAEditor. Check the buttons on the Toolbar

Use "Save A Copy" option to save the modified document with another name. It works like "Save as". In the Project view right click on the document to choose this option. (See image attached)
