When you have multiple 3D views of macromolecular structure , you can lock camera manipulation for the views.

1. Click "Sync Lock" on the toolbar.
2.  Now the views will be synchronized and you can rotate and zoom them simultaneously.

If you want only to manipulate the views without synchronization, hold SHIFT key while rotating or zooming the model.
