Hi, I am trying to assemble two .fq files obtained with illumina paired ends. This files already have been used to assemble contigs using Shovill of Galaxy, however, when I try to run an assembly with UGene, the pipe stops with the message "Subtask {GenomeAssemblyTask} is failed: Subtask {SPAdes tool} is failed: SPAdes tool exited with code 245". Can you give any advice, please?
