Is it possible to get simple highlights of locations of mismatches. When I use the simple search "find pattern" or SW search, I can either get an annotation that indicates that there are some mismatches or I get the SW score of the pattern.

In both cases it would be super helpful to be able to see in the  Zoom view or Detail view where these mutations (or drop in SW score) were located.

Is something like this possible?

Unfortunately, there is no such a feature now. We may take a note about this feature and implement it when we have time and resources, but it won't happen in the closest future
