HI
If I do some in silico cloning, get my product but forget to change the name of the file, how do I do that. Right now I have several "new mol" files and although when I click on them I can see the name of the sequence, life would be eaier if I could rename the file.

Hi Alan.

When doing in silico cloning in UGENE you could set the result file on the "Output" tab of the "Construct Molecule" dialog. The sequence will have the same name as the file name.
