Title: Statistics tab: molar weight
Post by Marek on Nov 8th, 2019 at 3:24pm
Hi,

I've just realized that the programme just gives the ssDNA molar weight which can be really confusing. Is there a chance you could add an annotation saying that it's the ssDNA value?

Do you think it would be handy if we:
- show "Molar Weight (ssDNA)" and "Molar Ext. Coef. (ssDNA)" in case the complementary strand is hidden,
- show "Molar Weight (dsDNA)" and "Molar Ext. Coef. (dsDNA)" in case it is shown ?

I think that would be great.

By the way, this issue was included into UGENE v.34. All statistics (ss, ds) are always shown. See also the version description (http://ugene.net/changelist.html) and the documentation (https://ugene.net/wiki/display/UUOUMF34/Information+about+Sequence).
