Dear,

Is it possible to export an alignment as an image like .png via the command line (or in batch via GUI)? At this moment, I don't see this possibility. What would you advice me? Should I try to do it with the source code of UGENE?

Currently, there is no convenient possibility to do this via command line or via GUI.

If you are ready to work with source code, the only way I could advice is to use GUI testing framework we use to test UGENE.

This framework allows to simulate mouse and keyboard actions, and it is taught to work with UGENE dialogs.

The framework is not provided with any package, so you need to build it by yourself.

I can prepare an instruction. Are you interested? Please, write what OS do you use.
