Hello,

would it be possible to integrate some sort of NGS readout simulation please? this would be very handy when testing NGS analysis pipeline/workflow etc.

Several tools are available online, e.g. ART

I've created an issue about that in our tracker (see UGENE-5264). However, please note that this issue has low priority for us, so it probably won't be integrated into UGENE in the nearest future in terms of free support.
