Firstly I would like to thank you guys for making such an awesome and user friendly program!

I have a minor suggestion, when giving the option to export an alignment as an image, you can export the whole sequence or a custom region.

I suggest adding an option that allows you to break the alignment into several rows, so the exported image will have a better length to width ratio.

We will surely add this feature in future UGENE versions.

However, this feature is quite big and it now has middle priority for us. If you need the feature to be implemented as soon as possible, you might consider to use our commercial support services.
