After update my ubuntu to Wily (15.10), I can't use ugene 1.21 from ppa (the 1.9.8 from package run ).
Ugene crashs when, on the start page, I want open a file with this error:

If, from the start page, I try to create a file, I can past a sequence but crash when I want choose file name, with the following error:

Hello, Antoine. Do you see a crash report window when UGENE crashes? If yes, could you send it to us with a note that it is from you (just write there "From Antoine")?

I see sometime a report, but I am unable to add message or to copy the details.
In Syslog I have just this:

In /var/crash I have some files likes: _usr_lib_ugene_ugenem.1000.crash ( large file from 1 M )
which seems correspond to the send of a crash report.
(If I click this file a crash report windows opens)
but noway to add message.

Multiple reinstallations of ppa have no effect.

BUT installation directly with the full 64 bit package run .
A problem with the package in ppa?

Antoine, unfortunately we cannot reproduce it. Could you send us, please, a crash report even without your personal mark? Just click the button "Send" (see the attached screenshot).

Could you tell us, please, where are you from? Using it, we can detect your crash report.

On ubuntu I have not  a Ugene crash window only a ubuntu crash like this

I have also found a file *.dmp  in tmp/ugene_crahes/ corresponding to ugene crash

Antoine, it is very strange that UGENE crash handler doesn't appear.
We want you to send us a couple of files to identify the problem reasons. The files appear after a crash:
1) /tmp/ugene_crashes/*.dmp
2) /tmp/UGENEstacktrace.txt
3) /tmp/crash_report (can be absent)
4) ~/crash_report (if the 3rd file is absent).
5) ~/.config/Unipro/UGENE.ini
We will check these files and try to help you.

I have not found the 3) nor 4) but another file in /var/crash.
as the files are large, I will send by mail a link .
