Hi,

I am new to Ugene and would like to know if Ugene is able to submit job to a cluster via a resource and queue manager like torque and maui.

Hi Altair,

The common UGENE version doesn't currently support such types of jobs.

Note that it is possible to customize UGENE and optimize certain tasks for clusters in terms of commercial support or other types of collaboration with the UGENE team.
