Hi,

Is it possible to display the support values for branches in the phylogenetic tree viewer? Currently it seems to show only the branch length but not branch/node labels. Common outputs from RAxML are:

Another issue is that once I modify (eg reroot) and save the tree in the tree viewer the support values disappear.

Both issues will be fixed in terms of issue UGENE-4035 in one of the nearest UGENE minor releases.
