Hi,
At first thanks a lot for this great software.
I 'm unable to install the last version (1.15) from iefremov/ppa.
It seems that the repository for the last ubuntu distribution is not available.

Please make sure to use the following repository to install UGENE 1.15: https://launchpad.net/~iefremov/+archive/ubuntu/ppa

Feel free to ask if there are still some questions about that.

To clarify what ANTOINE meant: there is no .deb-package of UGene for Ubuntu 14.10 now in the repository.

Ok, I see. Then we will add a UGENE package for Ubuntu 14.10 as well (UGENE-3859).
