Hi,
I have a problem, I run UGene under BioLinux, when I select part of sequence and click on BLAST, it shows me that it finished with an error and write: empty response or cannot load a page.
I work in university campus, so I have tried to write in some proxy servers, but it doesn't save it. If I fill in proxy, it writes Empty response, otherwise Cannot load a page.
Maybe I miss something important, I started with this software today, but I really don't know what to do.
I didn't find similar post in forum or in manual.

Maky, thanks for your message! We know about this issue. It happened because NCBI changed the format of the page with BLAST results last Friday. We're currently fixing the issue. It will be fixed in a day or two.

We're going to release a new UGENE version 1.13.3 with the bug-fix very soon (hopefully, this week).
