Greetings
I run hmmer and psipred from Ugene and both annotations are shown in Ugene, but when I close it and open again, psipred predictions are shown but only one hmmer prediction is shown
I attach an example gb file

Hello!

The problem is Pfam qualifiers in GenBank format are written in multiple lines and UGENE fails to read such qualifiers. We fix that in the coming version (https://ugene.unipro.ru/tracker/browse/UGENE-1704)
