Hi there!
I use the version 1.11.4.
When I have a sequence in circular view and the restriction sites are displayed, on the right side, there is the "Restriction Sites Map". The enzymes are listed there and how often they cut. However, I can't find a logic in the order of their display. I suggest, it would be good, if they were displayed in alphabetical order.

Restriction sites in the "Restriction Sites Map" are already sorted alphabetically by names of enzymes. But we'll check that once more.

The next version is coming out next week if we don't find a reason to put it off.

BTW. Correct sorting will be available in UGENE 1.11.5 (https://ugene.unipro.ru/tracker/browse/UGENE-1463)
