Hi,
Why is it not possible to rename files of a project? In my version 1.11.4 64bit, only the sequence and annotation names of a file can be changed, but not the filename itself. (right click on a genebank file for example in the project view, ->edit, Rename is grey and can't be done). Its annoying to remove a file from the project, then change its name externally and load the file back in.
Perhaps you could change this?
