Hello,

When we do a multiple alingment and want to select a complete sequence from consensus sequence, selection can only be made to n-1 bp/aa. See the picture attached.

How I got this bug:
1. Do a multiple sequece alingment
2. Select a small posrtion of MSA (Multi. seq alingment) and save sub-alingment, using Actions>Export>save sub-alingment
3. Now try selecting this whole sub-alingment from consensus menu, you will only be able to select till second last nt/aa.
