Title: ugene font problem

After installation Ugene font is stretched and some items are difficult to read (see attached pic).  I also noticed that the terminal shows the following message

QLayout: Attempting to add QLayout "" to QWidget "", which already has a layout

Any suggestions how to fix this?

OS: UBUNTU 11.04 AMD-64
Ugene version 1.11.1, pre-built package
CPU: Intel I7-2860QM

Hello.
Sorry, but we have found the problems with font and translations of UGENE 1.11.1 on Ubuntu. We will fix them as soon as possible.

But we have checked that UGENE has not these problems if you download it from ppa repository.

Could you please try to install it and tell us the result?

You need to perform these actions for installing:
1) sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys D71359B0
2) sudo add-apt-repository ppa:iefremov/ppa
3) sudo apt-get update
4) sudo apt-get install ugene

and then run UGENE:
ugene -ui
