Whenever I try to align multiple sequences using MUSCLE or Kalign and choose the option "Translate to amino when aligning" I receve the following error message:

In the Sequence view translation table for all the sequences is the same. And I've found no way to select a translation table in the Alignment view. CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 270 OS: Ubuntu 12.04 i386 Ugene is from ppa: 1.11.0 |

hi! The issue will be fixed in next minor release 1.11.1:
https://ugene.unipro.ru/tracker/browse/UGENE-1044 Meanwhile, workaround will be to export alignment to amino manually (context menu item Export->Amino translation of alignment rows...), then perform alignment. |
