I had issue with the latest snapshot rev-1989 as I could not run my workflow due to the error below:

[ERROR][23:50] process:3761>Task {GPU-MakeBLASTDB validate task} finished with error: Can not find expected message.
It is possible that the specified executable file /usr/bin/makeblastdb for GPU-MakeBLASTDB tool is invalid. You can change the path to the executable file in the external tool settings in the global preferences.

As GPU-Blast is not included in the external tool packages I'll have to build up GPU-Blast from source code. But this error was not apparent in previous snapshots, so unsure of whats the root of the problem behind. Regardless of whether the BLAST tool is used the same error had impeded the execution of workflow.

Hi, besides that I'm getting this unknown "error" (screenshot)

Not sure why, tries to execute the workflow, it ended but the log doesn't shows that.
