Title: Failture to Retrieve File from NCBI Db

In using the File->Access Remote Database... command, I am strangely unable to retrieve this existing db entry (NCBI Nucleotide db) despite the accession number (M63972) being correct. I can retrieve M63971 with repeated deleting and retrieval.

What is the cause/problem?

Hi!
I've investigated the problem and actually the file itself is downloaded successfully - it's in ~/.UGENE_downloaded folder.
However it fails to open because of some unusual location identifier in the record.

An issue is created in the bug-tracker:
https://ugene.unipro.ru/tracker/browse/UGENE-738
The bug is planned to be fixed in version 1.10.1
