Hi! I have this problem..
[ERROR][16:41] Task {Run NCBI FormatDB task} finished with error: Input files paths contain space characters. It is a windows only problem. ok. I think the solution is obvious, by moving the files to non-space folder. Perhaps a better way to overcome it is that ugene parse the path and fill in "\" in front of every space found in the path and pass it back to the respective program. |

Have you tried to solve it by moving the files ?
