Hi!
I just tested human_T1 and generated restriction enzyme profile with 370 enzymes. Ugene currently output it in gb format. Is it possible that we have it generated in gff3 or cvs instead for easy screening and enumeration?

Export annotations to SCV is available now in latest snapshot.
You can use context menu of Annotation Editor (screenshot 1) or use context menu item on annotation object in the Project View (screenshot 2)

GFF export is coming soon, stay tuned.
