Title: Deleting sequences in alignment, minor bug
Post by Dima105 on Jan 17th, 2011 at 2:47pm
Here is the issue:
the first delete makes the line empty (fills it with gaps),
the second one delete makes its job.

The bug appears after few deletes. It may be reproduced with one sequence line and with selection.

Ugene 1.7.1, Fedora 12.

Project tab (from the left side of the window) should be closed.

Can't reproduce the bug in the latest UGENE version (1.9.0)

It's not yet included into "official" Fedora distributive (process takes some time) but universal Linux binary packages (32-bit or 64-bit) are available.
