Hi! I can see that most of the files that ugene use for annotation is gb format. Is it possible for annotation to be stored as gff3 format?

GFF import is supported. Open GFF file and "drag" annotations from Project View to corresponding sequence object.
Export to GFF is not supported yet, work is in progress.

OK. Having gff3 would be great. It would be better that result from ugene could be exported to chado database and view in gbrowse.
