I've just starting to check out the new BLAST features of the new release.
I noticed that the configuration asks for the legacy blast binaries (blastall and formatdb) and not for the new BLAST+ binaries. Are there any plans on including support for the the BLAST+ binaries as well? |

Yes, I hope it will be delivered with the next minor update in 6-7 weeks
