I do not think it performs clustalw multiple sequence alignment but just write *fasta to *aln. Or did it?

Hi Poh,
you are correct - this video is about saving sequences from FASTA as multiple alignment file. Integrated algorithms/tools (e.g. MUSCLE, Clustal) are used to perform the alignment of the resulted data. |
