I have an NVIDIA Tesla server running Linux. What version of CUDA do I need to install to use GPU capabilities of UGENE 1.6.0? Thanks |

Hi,
We build and test UGENE using CUDA 2.1 Note, that you have to build UGENE from source in order to enable GPU support in UGENE on linux - see buid.txt in the root of UGENE source tarball. |
