You can edit annotation name(note) and qualifiers in UGENE. The corresponding documentation could be found here:
How to change annotation name? How to add/edit/remove annotation qualifier? Annotations editor user manual Editing annotation location (coordinates) is not available yet, but this feature will be implemented in version 1.5 (release in june'09). |
