To help us fix bugs you've found in UGENE faster please follow these rules:

• Don't Panic!
  
• Tell us the operating system you use.
  
• Tell us the CPU model (or at least number of cores) you have.
  
• Tell us the version of UGENE package you use and if you use a prebuilt package from our site or not.
  
• If the issue can't be reproduced with files in UGENE's sample folder provide us with a link to files you use.
  
• If the issue is not stably reproducible provide us  with the step-by-step instructions.
