Title: Error in Visualizing Circular DNA Maps in the Sequence View

Hello,

I have faced an issue when visualizing circular DNA maps in the Sequence View. The visualization appears distorted; with the annotation labels overlapping / misaligned. This issue occurs specifically when zooming in or out on the map. :(

The problem occurs across different sequences & is not resolved by resetting the zoom or refreshing the view. :(

UGENE Version: 45.0
Operating System: Windows 10



Please advice  if any additional details, logs, steps are needed to reproduce the issue.
